This is relevant because if vaccinations were not an effective medical advancement, then they would not have ever been created or used. Vaccinations should be required by governments for the well being of everyone, with the exception of religious obligation. A resistance to vaccine requirements is that some people think vaccinations are propaganda from the government as some sort of money maker or poison. Also, most do not realize that refusing vaccinations for themselves or their children affects more than just that specific person. The key to acceptance of government required vaccinations is good information. People need more information so they know what vaccinations are and what they do. The more educated the general public is on the matter, the more likely they will be willing to support these government mandates. Vaccinations are meant to help the body become immune, or build up antibodies against a certain type of disease. There is a possibility that students have many diverse interactions might reflect on these experiences and makes the campus more favorable place (Berrios, 2016). There are few studies where these issues are discussed and provide mixed results. For instance, the interracial interaction of students comes from Latin America were related with a more aggressive climate of one study, but no impact was identified for students of color and associated white students of another study (Finefter-Rosenbluh Perry-Hazan, 2016). On the other hand, this has been discussed in the previous research that students of Asian continent who had diverse race as their roommates found satisfied with the campus diversity environment (Civitillo et al., 2016). In contrast of the above discussion of the literature, diversity course work, involvement of the cultural workshop and participation in ethnic organizations of students are not found often. However, the negative implications of cultural perceptions have been observed by many researchers (Murdock Hamel, 2016). Hence the existing research has some limitations. Primarily, no literature has utilized a pretest for evaluating the climate of the campus. Thus, it is not clear whether any interaction exist between experiences related with diversity can improves the perceived climate of the campus or not. On the contrary, students of color who have restricted campus climate may have less likely exposure across difference (Sugahara et al., 2016). In the current study of the research, several research scholars have been exploring the relationship between numerous campus diversity experiences and the recognized climate for the cultural diversity. Interestingly, the present study also assessed the relevant campus climate by using pretest and posttest surveys for examining the changes over time. Research works are still going on and the diversity perceptions are now recognized limited diversity issues in Australian study context. Design of the Research: According to Li (2016), the research design gives the framework for conducting this research and derive the research outcomes within the stipulated timeframe. Based on the aim of the research, the researcher will conduct the research by following qualitative or quantitative research method. Although ethics are an issue for both type of research, but there may be specifically difficulties with qualitative research because most of the cases, the researcher may be party to secret information. Based on the above discussion, this qualitative research design method will be selected because qualitative data is more general than qualitative data. In this case, the secondary data will be analyzed relevant to the research topics which can easily be gathered. Focus group will be selected based on the simple random techniques. Considering the fact that all participants should be associated with the campus of the study, the researcher will gather responses of multiple participants such as student, staff, and faculty of the study. All will be asked to discuss the level of study satisfaction and corresponding diversity perceptions. The size of the focus group would be 10 where all the above mentioned participants will be participated and their responses will be recorded for analyzing the data. The main focus of the discussion will be to explore the research questions for getting the desirable research outcomes at the end of the research. In order to research of the gathered data by selecting the qualitative research design, the researcher will explore the secondary data for detailing the research topic. To discuss the secondary data, the researcher can explore more knowledge about the cause of study satisfaction of students. On the other hand, the data regarding the diversity perception related to the campus or learning field will also be evaluated from different sources of literatures such as case studies, journals and many of the prior research papers. The bellow mentioned ethical guidelines will be followed throughout the research: i) Before making involvement of human elements into this research, the researcher will inform about the objective of the research in front of them. ii) The participated human subjects will be told prior the research that they can discontinue their participation at any time. iii) The focus group of the research will be aware that they are the main targets of research and their observations will be considered as important element for conducting such research. iv) The subjects of under-aged (below 15 yrs), will not be liable for taking participation in the discussion of the research topic. v) The qualitative research design process will protect the confidentiality about the human subject who will be participated among the focus group of the research. vi) Information related to the respondents will not be disclosed or shared by the researcher. Full right will be given to the subjects. In cases where there is a chance that an identity of the human subjects can be deduced by someone other than the researcher during the on-going research, they can move on or discontinue their participation without any prior discussion. vii) The summary of the research will be conveyed to the selected respondents. This promise will make to the human subjects before taking their participation. viii) All the necessary measures to be taken for ensuring the physical safety of the human subjects from dangers such as industrial or traffic accidents, presence of faulty electrical equipments or any kind of unfavorable consequences. ix) An ethical transparency or briefing the actual observations will be maintained after the data has been collected. x) Complaints can be granted from respondents if the subject coordinator is satisfied with the ground of dissatisfaction. xi) The research coordinator will maintain the transparency of research process throughout the research. Any kind of camouflage shall not be entertained by the researcher. There will be no deception be used in order to follow the agreement to participate. xiii) The research will not involve human subjects who are legally or any other situation, not in a position to give their authentic consent to participate including the legal culprit, mental person or children xiv) No secondary information will be collected or gathered from the third parties for conducting this researchxv) There will be no forceful interactions will be made to take part in the discussion sessions. xvi) No involvement of physical stress to the human subjects like electric shock, noise, pain, deprivation of drink and food will be entertained by the researcher. xvii) Any kind of mental discomfort to the human subjects will be taken care of so that getting the actual response at the end of the data analysis part of research. xviii) The gathered secondary data for research will be destroyed to maintain the strict data confidentiality as per The Data Protection Act 1998. Expected Research outcome: By conducting the in-depth analysis of the data, the researcher will get a clear idea about the necessary criteria of the educational satisfaction of students. This will help not only for the personality development but also to contribute for the growth of country as well. Knowledge will be shared or discussed at the campus of the study without any prior prejudice or cultural diversity perceptions. An extensive review of the literature will clear the concept of diversity perception and its direct or indirect relation with the campus climate of students. Such discussion will also identify the gap or limitation of the previous research which may be incorporated in the present literature for better understanding of the future observers. The new menu of company includes egg wrap, diet coke, chicken nuggets and many more. It provides wide variety of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian snacks. There are more than 32,000 restaurants of McDonalds which are doing well in approximately 117 countries. The company was founded in the year 1940 and now, it is contemplated as the worlds second largest private employer. The current CEO of company is James Skinner who started his career in McDonalds as a manager trainee in the year 1971. The company makes sure to serve its customers in the best possible manner with its wide variety of food items and by providing excellent cu stomer service (McDonalds.co.uk, n.d.). Role of Marketing in McDonalds McDonalds is undoubtedly contemplated as one of the best known brands across the world. At McDonalds, marketing is seen as determining the needs of customers and meeting them with an ease better than its competitors (Le Meunier-FitzHugh and Piercy, 2007). This helps company to build loyal customers. The company perceives that proper research is extremely important in creating the right kind of marketing activities with the main to win customer loyalty as well as to enhance sales. Product management With the help of product management, the company makes sure to bring something innovative in its products in a timely manner to attract a huge crowd with an ease. Product marketing Product marketing is done in McDonalds by using the effective product element of the 4 Ps of marketing mix. This is done to show its customers that they are given the best quality of products. Field marketing Numerous kinds of marketing campaign are implemented by McDonalds time to time to attract huge traffic. These campaigns are conducted in field as well as online as marketers give chance to its customers to ask for home delivery with great discounts (De Ruyter and Wetzels, 2000). Effectiveness of Marketing Work with Other Departments/Functions of the Organisation Marketing is one of the most important functions of an organization as it aware people regarding the products and services of a company. in this regard, some of the major departments of McDonalds that works well with marketing to attain its important objectives may include restaurant operations, quality assurance, human resources, media relations and customer satisfaction (Rodrigues, Nikhil and Jacob, 2016). The department of quality assurance is closely related with marketing as marketers claim in their marketing tactics that their company provides the best quality of food items. Apart from this, marketing works effectively with media relations and customer satisfaction to execute efficient marketing operations to attain customer satisfaction (Lamb, Hair and McDaniel, 2016). For international organisations, is marketing viewed differently within different strategic business units (SBUs) in different countries? It is so true that the culture of every country is quite different and McDonalds makes sure to adapt marketing activities as per the requirements of that particular country. In context to this, McDonalds has divided its operations into five geographical divisions namely; US, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Canada. They produce and serve different kinds of food items in different countries as McDonalds do not serve beef products in India as it may hurt the sentiments of Indians. Henceforth, it is noteworthy to state that marketing of McDonalds is viewed differently within different strategic business units in different countries and its geographical distribution is its SBU (Sheth and Sisodia, 2015). Role of Marketing Changed in the Organisation over Time Initially, the prime item of McDonalds was hamburger which was replaced by nine more menu items after three months of its store opening. Gradually, McDonalds got huge success in its business operations which led them to provide its franchisees in different countries. As a result, there were approximately 102 restaurants nationwide by the end of 1959. McDonalds aired its first TV commercial in the year 1966 with the introduction of the new face of the brand named Ronald McDonald (Sheth and Sisodia, 2015). This was a huge hit and the animated version of this man was used to attract children. In the year 1979, happy meal was invented to drive the attention of kids. After some time, the company introduced cheap meals and snacks to attract the attention of middle class people. The overall analysis shows that effective marketing strategy can take a company to a huge success but a single mistake can be turned into a blunder and impacts the goodwill of a company. On one hand, marketing is a boon for the growth of a company but on the other hand, it can be contemplated to be curse in case of effective measures are not implemented during the whole process (Lamb, Hair and McDaniel, 2016). Challenges/Barriers to the Change in the Role of Marketing and ways through which they have overcome A documentary of Super Size Me was aired in the year 2004 which revealed the negative effects of a man going on a McDonalds only diet. The documentary showed the negative impacts of obesity caused by the snacks of McDonalds. The company went through a major pressure from various childhood obesity groups and to resolve this issue, the company started marketing a healthier and a happier meal (Pomposo, 2014). Apart from this, the sales of McDonalds declined in the year 2014 and to drive effective sales, the company opened its office in Silicon Valley in order to lay emphasis on digital innovation. It is evident that this is the modern era of digitalization and no marketing tactic is effective than online marketing and McDonalds is making effective use of such kind of marketing with the main to attract large number of customers (Baines and Fill, 2014). Conclusion From the above discussion, it can be concluded an effective marketing strategy is extremely important for the efficient working of a company. Marketing strategy is really significant for every company to attract huge traffic towards its products and services.
